Wafangdian Bearing Group Corporation, short for ZWZ, was initially established in 1938, restructured to be a exclusively State-Owned Company in 1995 and came to B share market as the founder member in 1997. Bing the birthplace of China bearing industry, it was known as the hometown and cradle of this field. It comprehensively ranked No. 1 in China bearing industry and No. 13 in the world. It is listed in Top 500 Enterprise in China manufacture industry and also the Top 500 Power Enterprise in China machinery. The brand of ZWZ is the No. 1 bearing brand in China.
The dominant products of ZWZ are Industrial bearing、C.V.Joint and Precision Ball Screws which widely applies in railway, automobile, metallurgy, mining, general machinery, petrol, irrigation works, electric power, machine tools, chemical industry, IT, industrial robot, aviation, spaceflight, etc，and are sold to more than ten thousands of domestic customers and more than 80 countries and areas.
ZWZ owns the state-level Technical Center and the largest Testing Center with wide functions and advanced means. It has a CNAL accreditation and owns more than 100 China patents invented by the bearing experts and disciplines leader in various field. It also has the independent intellectual property rights of 13500 types of bearing and C.V.Joint, share 26% types of the general bearing in the whole world, and most of them reach an international level. The new products developed each year are more than 600, accounting for 65% in the bearing industry.
ZWZ took the lead in passing the International Environment Certification of ISO9000, VDA6.1, ISO14001, QS9000, ISO/TS16949 in domestic bearing industry and had passed AAR, the America Quality/Environment Management System Certification, passed the second party quality audit from many multinational companies, obtained the permission to enter into the international market and made quality management system met with the international standard. ZWZ had been identified successively as the China well-known trademark, China top brand, the national inspection-free product, the national export recommended product and China most competitive brand.

In recent years, ZWZ has launched the “Four Speed-Up projects”, aimed at the advanced international level, insisting on the principle of high starting point, high level, high-input and fast output, implemented the technical reconstruction in large scale and all aspects, upgraded product and the technology level of equipment, created the opportunities and conditions of the rapid scale expansion and the enhancing of enterprises competitiveness. Currently, the precision technology and manufacturing industrial zone of ZWZ, mainly for the heavy and large equipment bearings, has being constructed comprehensively and some made into practice already. The new industrial zone covers 275,000 square meters, with the total construction area of 120,000 square meters. The level of product, processing technology and equipment all meet the international present level.
